Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, returns are subject to the applicable supplier's return eligibility and requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, grooming products, and personal care items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
